I am a self-taught photographer and do freelance work in the Philadelphia area. I like to take photographs that express my feelings at any particular moment. I selected a handful of photographs that are a summary of my diverse work. I have chosen each image based on its quality and appeal. Sometimes I like to get close to a subject for an examination of textures and tones. Other times I prefer a surreal look into my subject, peel back a layer to see what is underneath. I like to take photographs from different angles to see from a different perspective, perhaps I will catch something that other people dismiss or pass by. Process Statement
I use a 35mm camera to take my photographs. I transfer all of my negatives to Digital files (except for marked photos). The photos that are not digital are “Old School” silver gelatin prints. I like to mix it up!
